Promo Code Terms and Conditions

The following are Foster Grant’s Promo Code Terms and Conditions:

• Limit one promo code per transaction. 
• Promo codes are not valid on price adjustments or on prior purchases.
• Promo codes are nontransferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
• Promo codes are valid only for merchandise purchases at Foster Grant retail stores, at Foster Grant kiosks or online at fostergrant.com as indicated by each individual promo code.
• Promo codes must be presented to clerk (if in-store or at kiosk) or entered (if online) before transaction is completed in order to receive discount.  
• Fostergrant.com loyalty program points may be earned for transactions on fostergrant.com made by loyalty program members based on merchandise total after a promo code discount is applied.
• Loyalty program points cannot redeemed in the same transaction where a promo code is redeemed.
• Promo codes cannot be combined with any other discounts or coupons other than free ground shipping for members of the Foster Grant loyalty program. 
• For Buy One, Get One Free promotions: must add at least 2 items to cart. Free item is of equal or lesser value.
• Subject to additional terms contained in any individual promo code.
• Terms of any promo code are subject to change by issuer.
