If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with you to find eyewear that is right for you. Eyewear must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credits will be given for damaged returns. Damages include scratches or marks on the lenses or frames, damaged or broken frames, missing pieces, etc.

This return policy does not apply to product bought through a retailer or store location. For retail returns or exchanges, please visit the retailer where you purchased the product. Customers in Canada are responsible for return shipping charge.

  1. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable (some exceptions apply).
  2. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
  3. Please include the original packing slip with the return.
  4. Print then complete a brief Return Form including the reason for the return, your name, address, telephone number and any exchange information (if applicable).
  5. Apply the pre-paid postage Return Label to the box (United States returns only).
