We hope you are very happy with your purchase from Foster Grant. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the Foster Grant website or a Foster Grant retail store or kiosk location, you can return or exchange it as follows:

Within 30 Days of Purchase

Within 30 days of your product purchase from the Foster Grant website or a Foster Grant retail store or kiosk location, you can return it for a full refund (in the form of the original payment) or exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value. Any product returned or exchanged in accordance with this policy must be unworn with original tagging still attached.

After 30 Days of Purchase

After 30 days of your product purchase from the Foster Grant website or a Foster Grant retail store or kiosk location, you can exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value.

All returns and exchanges in accordance with this policy must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase receipt from the Foster Grant website or a Foster Grant retail store or kiosk location. No credits will be given for damaged returns. Damages include scratches or marks on the lenses or frames, damaged or broken frames, missing pieces, missing cases, etc. Returns and exchanges can be made at any Foster Grant retail store or kiosk location, or by contacting the Foster Grant Customer Service Department as follows:
