The Kid-Proof Guarantee covers purchases of Foster Grant® children’s sunglasses bearing a “Kid-Proof Guarantee” tag on or after January 1, 2019 at participating retail locations in the United States and Puerto Rico (“Product”). If the Product is lost or broken within one (1) year of the date of purchase, FGX International Inc. (“FGX”) will replace the lost or broken Product with an identical or reasonably equivalent style of Foster Grant children’s sunglasses of equal or greater suggested retail value. Products must be registered at www.fostergrant.com/kids-warranty within thirty (30) days of purchasing the Product and a copy of the sales receipt for the Product must be provided as proof of purchase. Registration requirement does not apply in jurisdictions where limited warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration, but adequate proof of purchase, such as a copy of a sales receipt for the Product, will be required at the time a claim is made under this Kid-Proof Guarantee. Up to five (5) Products may be registered per person and each person will be limited to one (1) replacement pair of sunglasses per Product registered. Kid-Proof Guarantee claims must be made within one (1) year of the date of purchase. $2.95 (plus applicable taxes) will be charged for shipping and handling of replacement sunglasses within the United States and Puerto Rico. Additional shipping and handling charges (plus applicable taxes) will be charged for any shipments of replacement sunglasses outside of the United States and Puerto Rico. Contact FGX for details. Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery of replacement sunglasses. The Kid-Proof Guarantee does not apply to replacement sunglasses. This Kid-Proof Guarantee gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
